Join Rich Smoker, Ward Foundation World Champion, as he conducts a hands-on, decoy-carving seminar. Starting from a block of wood and using only hand tools, learn to carve, paint and finish your own bird. The class is geared to all skill levels and provides individualized instruction to every participant. A Road Scholar program.
