  will be holding the Chesapeake Challenge Decoy Contest at\nthe Heritage F
 estival.\nAlso during the festival\, the Crisfield Heritage Foundation wil
 l\nannounce the recipients of the Second Annual Legacy Award and Fourth\nA
 nnual Heritage Awards. The public is invited to submit the names of\nindiv
 iduals and organizations who have demonstrated a lasting impact\non - or m
 ade a significant contribution to - the Crisfield community.\n
