 onal Hard\nCrab Derby. The race will begin and end at the Crisfield City D
 ock at\nthe end of Rt. 413. Runners\, walkers\, and ruckers will enjoy a f
 ast\,\nflat course that meanders thru the City of Crisfield as well as the
 \nneighborhoods and along the waterfront outskirts. Water stops will be\np

 INE!!! NO REFUNDS AS ALL PROCEEDS GO TO\nSUPPORT THE CRISFIELD AREA CHAMBE
 R OF COMMERCE\n\n​Prices increase from $25 to $35 on Monday\, August 26\
 , 2024 and to\n$40 on race day\, August 31\, 2024. Everyone who registers 
 on or before\nAugust 3\, 2024 will be guaranteed a t-shirt.\n\n​Packet p
 ickup is Friday\, August 30\, 2024 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at\nWellington Be
 ach. \n\nThe 10k ruck has a 20 pound weight. The 10k ruck has the same co
 urse\nas the 10k race\, but starts at 7:00 a.m.\n\n​Please remember that
  we made a significant change to our annual\nevent in 2023 transforming th
 e traditional 5k Walk into a 5k Race.\nWhile we still wholeheartedly welco
 me participants who prefer to walk\,\nthere will no longer be a separate w
 alking race. All participants are\nencouraged to take part in the 10k or 5
