9 pm to midnight at The Crisfield Library – 100 Collins Street in Crisfield. Free event with an oyster drop held outside behind the library at midnight. Lite fare will be served inside. A sparkling juice champagne toast for all ages will take place at midnight. The dress is casual, with warm layers recommended for the outdoor portion of the event.
