 3 hour guided nature & forest\ntherapy walks. The walk will provide a tast
 e of the healing and\nwellness benefits of forest bathing. We will move sl
 owly and cover a\nshort distance\, connecting to nature with an open heart
  and with our\nsenses through a series of guided\, sensory invitations.\n\
 nResearch has shown that 'bathing in the environment of the forest' has\nm
 any positive health benefits. The process of re-remembering and\nre-knowin
 g our bodily connection to nature can lead to reduced stress\,\na decrease
  in blood pressure\, a reduction in anxiety & depression and\nan increased
  feeling of comfort and calm.\n\nDress for the weather and wear comfortabl
 e clothing and shoes. The\nwalk be held entirely outdoors. Meet at the pic
