M & C Vessey Farm

Wonderful orchard! U Pick apples are only $.70 a pound and there is a great variety. The family that owns the farm is really sweet and it was nice chatting with them for a while. The rest of the produce they have was very well priced with a good selection. I live 30mins away but will be returning throughout the fall for more apples and vegetables.

Always great produce. Today we went strawberry picking. We have never seen such bright, shiny, red strawberries. Our hands smell so good. I immediately washed them so we could try. They did not disappoint! We have many plans for these sweet strawberries- if they make it since they are just so sweet alone.

Fun for the kids. A lot of walking lol. Trees after trees. Could be a little more detailed on the signs for the apples. Let us know the name and what’s sweet or tart. Needs to be mowed, grass was very high in some areas. I’m not sure when the end of season is for an Apple in Maryland. But most were already rotten or on the ground. Prices were about average for the area. Easy on and out. Please be careful going down the road closer to the orchid. You walk across the street to get to the other rows of apples and my case pumpkins. Nice little gift shop on site. Public restroom is a porter potty. I’m guessing the are also pet friendly as I saw dogs.
