While the location is good, we had a lot of trouble finding the place. There was a lack of signs leading to the hotel, and the room was dated, with lack of control for the loud air-condition.

We were a group of 8 that booked here last minute when our plans changed.
We didnt realize this was actually a hotel owned and operated by the University's Hospitality major students. I think thats really cool. The 2 we encountered were very professional and courteous.
The lobby was impressive. The rooms were a bit dated, but clean, functional, and safe. The temp controls being the "dated" aspect. And the Ice machine on the 3rd floor was being repaired/ replaced, but other than that, we have no complaints.
The grounds were nice outside, so a cool atmosphere, and relatively safe, too. We had 7 motorcycles parked in the front lot all night with no issues.
But We actually had trouble finding the place. Mind you this is located ON the campus, and looks like any other college Admin building. No indication it was a hotel. We were there, but no idea where to Check-in. School being out, there was nobody around to ask until we finally got thru to the phone number. Google maps actually led us to the REAR Service entrance of the building.
But regardless, I'd stay there again.

We traveled to attend an on campus event for admitted students. The rooms need to be updated. The temperature control was outdated. The toilet was a slow flush. It was very no-frills and if we had to pay the actual rate as opposed to the discounted rate, I would have been disappointed. This is a girl on the college campus, so for many of us this is the first impression of the university. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. They were all students and a joy to see them use their customer service skills. I just think that the school needs to invest in upgrading the rooms because this is where parents will be staying when visiting the school.
