Somerset County Arts Council Call to Artists. The Somerset County Arts Council seeks artwork for our 4th of July exhibition contest. Each piece must represent Somerset County, and it MUST contain an American Flag. No larger than 11”x14” and ready to hang. Prizes will be awarded.
