As the November evening settles in, we’re turning down the lights and pouring something a little stronger.
Join us for Bourbon After Dark, an intimate guided bourbon tasting featuring three distinct styles of bourbon, thoughtful food pairings, and a cocktail to finish the night.
You’ll taste your way through wheated, high-rye and traditional Kentucky bourbons, learning how mash bills, production, proof and aging influence what you smell, taste and feel in the glass.
Each pour will be paired with a small bite created specifically for the bourbon, followed by a little something sweet to close out the evening.
Whether you’re already a bourbon enthusiast or simply curious about what makes one bourbon different from another, this is an approachable evening to taste, learn and discover a new favorite.
