Crisfield Heritage Festival

11 AM to 4:30 PM at the Somers Cove Marina and Tawes Museum. Admission is free. Come enjoy a waterfront festival celebrating Crisfield’s rich heritage. See demonstrations showcasing the Chesapeake Bay culture such as crap pot making, net making, decoy carving, fish cleaning, oyster shucking, crab picking, cooking, and Smith Island cake baking, Enjoy exhibits such as model boats, paintings, ducky decoys, fish market and others, Kid’s  activities include painting, sand art, boat building, relay races, fishing pond, and a scavenger hunt. Food, drink and Arts & Craft vendors will be on site, as well as entertainment throughout the day. Legacy awards will also be presented during this event honoring those who have made significant contributions to the Crisfield community.
