Captain Pat was a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the local history as well as Chesapeake Bay history and we learned a lot about the area that we didn't know before. He is also fun and spirited and made our trip very memorable. We saw some of the BEST sunsets ever!

Captain Pat was an amazing tour guide, historian and boat Captain. We chartered his boat from Crisfield to Tylerton for lunch and then on to Rhodes Point for our weekend stay. Going back home, we asked if he could take a small detour and show us one of the lighthouses in the Bay. Captain Pat was so accommodating and we stopped by Solomon’s Lump Lighthouse.

Best of all, he allowed a special passenger aboard, Skelly.

We stayed for a weekend on Smith Island.
While there, we booked both a Sunset Charter and also Guided Kayak Tours with 3 Knots Marine.
From our first phone call, we were given such great information that was not found online and we were made to feel very welcome!
Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and its history. We got to see parts of the island we wouldn’t have without their help including a hidden beach.
Before each tour Capt Pat started with safety tips, which made us feel really comfortable.
The renovations are so well done, and the facilities are kept really clean!
