Crisfield City Dock

I'm only giving this place a 4 star review out of 5. Mainly due to our own lack of sense to actually plan ahead. We could both see the potential but at the day and time we went there it was literally a ghost town. I feel like it was after 4pm , most doors were closed and the predicting bad weather may have kept tourist away. At the time, the weather wasnt bad at all, kind of a bright cool brisk summer day but with a storm brewing nearby and heading in our direction... it was a damper in enjoying the day. We walked down main street a bit and back on the opposite side....hopelessly looking for some spark of life but we encountered alot of closed doors and maybe saw 5 total people. The tourist cruise had either already taken their last ride or the upcoming weather caused the rides to end early. I cant specifically remember the exact situation but as we approached to check the cost , we read information that just turned us around. so that excitement was shot down quick. The restaurant on main street was open but we unfortunately, weren't hungry at the time. The dock itself provided some sweet views. I can imagine little concerts there could be nice. A covered two story pavilion added an awesome touch. Plenty of space for fishing off the dock or pier. We hung out, walked, chilled, relaxed, took pics but the emptiness kept leaving me thinking there had to be some type of evacuation siren before we got there lol.
Worth checking out .....if you plan ahead, check for live music, enjoy the boat cruise, get there earlier than 4pm and maybe ask google about the weather, since it seems most people there get scared easily. Lol

Nice place to stroll. Some new board walk. Big Boat parade while there... over 300 boats

Beautiful end of the shore. Shops and restaurants all around. Beautiful Sunrise and Sunsets. Can get on a bike and ride the bike trail. Peaceful place. Only negative is the large condos; looks out of place, and blocks your view.
