Hardee's

We had an excellent experience at Hardee’s in Princess Anne! The customer service we received from a young man named Anrique was truly exceptional. He greeted us with a smile, showed outstanding manners, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

In today’s world, this kind of genuine kindness and professionalism is rare, and it absolutely deserves recognition. Hardee’s needs more employees like Anrique! He represented the restaurant so well and made our visit such a positive experience.

The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the overall experience was wonderful from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

I just had one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time at Hardee’s, and I wanted to recognize Taylor, the shift leader. From the very first interaction at the drive-thru, he was incredibly pleasant, polite, and welcoming. When I got to the window to pay and met him face-to-face, his attitude was even more impressive.

Taylor’s customer service is absolutely stellar. He was patient, never rushed me while ordering, and treated me with genuine kindness and respect. In a world where great customer service can sometimes be hard to find, he truly stood out. His positive attitude and warm personality brought a little sunshine to an otherwise cloudy day.

Honestly, Hardee’s has a real gem in Taylor. He carries himself with professionalism, excellent manners, and a contagious positivity. If anyone deserves to be a manager, it would be him and yesterday wouldn’t be soon enough! Thank you, Taylor, for making what could have been just another stop for food into such an awesome and memorable experience.

We stopped in while traveling. I brought my own food bc of dietary restrictions but my husband ordered ham and Swiss (his favorite).

The general manager brought the food to the table. I asked about under tea and he got it for me and gave back the change. Very clean. Very friendly and good food for fast food.
